Shipping Delays

Take note that once your package has been shipped, we do not have any control of the package location/delivery time. We will see the same tracking information that you see. If the tracking does not update for up to 1 week, please email with order number so that we can contact the shipping carrier. 

If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us prior to placing your order to find out the best shipping method available. We are not responsible to late deliveries.
